Key Quality Contact for Procurement regarding suppliers performance Management
Represent Vifor Pharma in Quality interest groups
Identify and share regulations changes potentially impacting Vifor Pharma
Represent Quality in Alliance Management internal discussions
Follow and determine Quality Performance with Business Partners
Gather data from Operations and global functions related to suppliers or business partners
Identify and communicate properly the risks identified
Advise Quality Management or Senior Management for gaps remediation
Participate to interest groups
Maintain a network and processes enabling to get information on time regarding regulation changes
Implement processes through the organization to ensure proper information diffusion
Ensure that compliance following regulations change impacting Vifor is implemented accordingly.
Qualifications & Experience
Master Degree in Life Sciences
8-10 years overall experience within pharma, biotech industry
ICH / FDA / EMEA guidelines
Performance dashboard management
Experience in cross-departments and different companies culture environment
Exposed to international experience
Leadership position in matrix organisation
Additional Language skills in German and or French
