As an Intern in Data Science Workbench Community Management you will be responsible to :

Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies

Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts

Make eye-catching slide decks for updating the steering committee regarding the progress of the enablement program

Respond to community members in a timely manner

Review and follow up on the received requests from people interested in joining the community and having access to the workbench.

Identify and reach out to existing analytical and business communities at Roche to further promote the program

Define and monitor program success metrics

Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews

Organize and manage events to boost program awareness

Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Who you are :

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, or have recently graduated (within the last 12 months)

Preferably you have a BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field

Moreover you have :

Some experience with community management

Experience with planning and leading community initiatives

Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs

Excellent English verbal communication and writing skills

Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills

Some experience with social media management

An analytical mind that uses data to improve performance

Knowledge of online marketing

Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver

Curiosity and a desire to learn new topics and skills.

Empathy for others and an eagerness to share your knowledge and expertise with your colleagues.

Experience with or passion for digital marketing, teaching and / or speaking in public
