Your field of responsibility

In this role, you support the Region EMEA People organization in business management activities. You will have a chance to contribute to and manage unique portfolio of projects and strategic initiatives.

You will have an opportunity to further align local HR processes, drive efficiencies as well as work together with Policy, Risk and Control on building the risk control framework.

Analyzing human capital data, preparing presentations geared to senior management and event management are also part of your new role.

Your skills and experience

You will be a good match if you have :

Strong project management, analytical and conceptual skills with high detail and result orientation

A dedicated problem solver with a can-do attitude, attention to detail and passion for designing impactful solutions

Experience in HR and / or good knowledge of HR processes

Ability to prioritize and demonstrate flexibility in a high-pressure environment

Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and effectively interface with senior management

Ability to work independently and drive completion of deliverables

High affinity to cultural diversity and an open mind

Sound communication skills

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with a strong ability to storyboard

Fluency in English, other European language is a plus
