There’s no time like the present to make an impact at Kimberly-Clark. It’s all here for you at Kimberly-Clark. About You As the Brand Manager DACH Intimate Care, you will develop, manage and implement the marketing strategy for Bath Tissue for DACH Region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).

You will adapt the key innovation and renovation projects to this region and will lead specific projects on this category for Western Europe (WE).

You will report to the Western Europe Marketing Director and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports). Location : we provide a hybrid model (on remote / Solothurn Office) for candidates already based in Switzerland. YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

  • Developing, managing and implementing marketing strategies in coordination with the regional structure to further develop the Brand's performance (sales, profitability, image and competitive position).
  • Developing and fostering a strong 3-year rolling programs and strategic plan for relevant WE cohorts to lead short term and long term strategies for category and brand
  • Understanding all levers of the P&L, and proactively identifying opportunities and growth potential for its key countries
  • Representing and delivering strong local market input to influence the regional structure in their product innovation and CPI programs, proactively finding and sharing best practices across WE
  • Consistently delivering successful products and programs on time for its markets according to P&L objectives within budget
  • Full project ownership - Co-ordinating and leading cross functional virtual teams (inclusive of design, planning, supply, finance, marketing etc.

  • Addressing the market consumer needs via analysis of consumers and retailers data in relation with the local teams to help the business grow and win with the consumer
  • Adapting CPI to local market and developing specific toolkits (Packaging, claims, trade stories, specific visuals like 3D, galvanized) for the innovation / renovation.
  • Working with local market on media and commercial programs. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU :
  • Previous marketing experience, ideally as Brand Manager in a FMCG environment.
  • Experience in developing digital marketing and activation plans that resonate with consumers delivering effective personalization.
  • Pro-active, confident, highly assertive and numerate approach to successfully build business relationships and present recommendations in an influential and persuasive manner.
  • Ability to perform in changing circumstances
  • Strong communication skills with initiative and ability to influence others, embrace diversity and drive change.
  • Strong project management and organisation skills with proven ability to lead cross functional and diverse teams.
