Project Management Assistant Basel, Switzerland Our client is a listed company in biotech industry. They are currently looking to appoint a Project Management Assistant to provide support the leadership team on a range of corporate projects.
The successful candidate with work with project owners across all functional areas. The role reports into the CEO and will offer excellent exposure to the top management.
This is a great opportunity for a recent university graduate who is looking for their first step into the business. The successful candidate will be involved in a mix of short and long term, operational and strategic projects with a view on moving into a functional role in future.
The responsibilities will include but will not be limited to : Keeping track of all ongoing and upcoming projects Monitoring project status and milestones Prepare presentations in PowerPoint Supporting the project leaders in the administrative tasks Participate in project meetings and taking notes Preparation and management of the project documentation Requirements : University degree in Business Administration Excellent organisation skills Strong MS Office skills, including PowerPoint Ambition and desire to learn and develop Self-
