In this role you will :

  • Work with Swiss and international clients in all stages of the transformation lifecycle
  • Advise our clients on all aspects of the digitalization of their HR function through the design, planning and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors and other digital technologies
  • Bring new perspectives and build bridges between HR and IT for our clients
  • Work on unique projects where you will lead the rollout of HR solutions and enable HR functions to create value
  • Play an active role in business development and proposal creation by collaborating with different industry and account teams across Deloitte
  • Use our global methodologies to design and deliver strategies and programs to drive people-led transformation initiatives
  • Get the opportunity to specialize and obtain certifications in the leading tools on the HR technology market
  • Required :

  • Significant experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations
  • Understanding of technology architecture and security concepts
  • Experience in building and maintaining calculated fields in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience with release management
  • Fluency in English, French or German is a plus
  • Flexibility to travel within Switzerland
  • Education and experience :

  • A University degree (Bachelor's degree or preferably an advanced degree) or equivalent experience in a related specialization
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in a consulting or industry role
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects as Engagement Manager and / or Solution Architect
  • SAP SuccessFactors certified, additional certifications are a plus (Oracle, Workday)
  • Preferred :

  • Excellent people management skills and an enthusiastic, positive, 'can do' attitude
  • An incisive thinker, confident with concepts, analysis and frameworks, with the ability to structure work and deliver under pressure
  • An excellent relationship builder with clients and fellow consultants, with great interpersonal skills and the ability to build and sustain long-term relationships

  • Ideally experience in a Consulting environment
