You will have the unusual chance to become a trusted facilitator, coordinator and reliable partner for the Senior Relationship Manager, working in a small and dynamic team.

You will be in touch with our clients as well as with our bank-internal specialists (product, credit, risk, legal) on a daily basis
You will handle complex account openings (e.g. domiciliary companies, trusts, foundations) for offshore clients and execution of all tasks and processes of the life-
cycle of a Private Banking account
You will drive negotiations with internal interfaces and build positive relationships across the bank and industry
In this role you act as a sparring partner to support Relationship Managers and Investment Consultants to further develop their business and be in daily contact with our internal specialists and partners (products, asset management, compliance, credit)
As a Client Manager you will develop a keen understanding and take the overall operational responsibility of the handled client book, including the coordination and management of risk and compliance topics
Banking apprenticeship, ideally with further education, or University Degree and at least 5 years of work experience in a similar role
You already bring experience in taking care of UHNWI and / or HNWI clientele and you are SAQ Certified
You love to apply your high client- and service- orientation and excellent knowledge of the processes and tools along the Credit Suisse client lifecycle
In your previous roles you have shown your attention to detail and high motivation to deliver combined with a strong ability to cope with pressure
