GENERAL SUMMARY Responsible for 16 Distributors in >
20 markets. Directly manage and maximize sales in designated territory while protecting brand integrity and brand image. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Drive profitable sales growth through effective management and leadership of Distributor partners through strong understanding of Distributor markets and individual businesses, product trends, retail environment, commercial conditions, pricing, competitor brands, etc.
Support Sales Director in driving the Brand OGSTM & GTM Strategy in Distributor area and manage execution via Distributor partners
Execute and develop Distributor expansion plans in line with the 5 year plan, adding additional business opportunities and / or consolidating territories
Determine and track Distributor sales targets in accordance with EMEA annual / seasonal growth plans and contractual agreements
Renew and / or prolong existing agreements in close alignment with VF legal dep.
Retaining GTM control by establishing strong relationships, regular field visits and support by partnering with Brand Marketing & Wholesale Marketing & Retail
Drive Partnership Store development in key markets by coordinating communications between Distributor and Retail, Retail Marketing & Construction DTC
Provide guidance for range selection in order to achieve ideal local distribution, adhering to TNF distribution strategy
Closely monitor Distributors credit status and partner with Credit Controlling and Customer Service to minimise delayed order releases, outstanding debts and Credit-held orders
Evaluate existing Distributor performance for consistency with brand’s mission and secure long-term commitment & contribution to the brand sucess
Providing frequent and relevant updates, including GTM overviews, Account Plans, Distribution Mapping and Sell-Through Data of Distributor businesses
Participate in seasonal events product launches, tradeshows, seasonal GTM meetings, product meetings, etc. QUALIFICATIONS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and / or abilities required for the individual to be successful in this position.
Education : Degree in Business Administration, International Business or related field
Experience : Minimum 3 years’ consumer product sales management experience in international sales environment, excellent understanding / knowledge of international Outdoor market, Outdoor footwear or apparel industry expertise preferred
Leadership : Strong leadership skills required to manage and advise / consult the Distributor network. Leading as the voice’ of Distributors in HQ partnering with many stakeholders, to drive and develop the business
Analytical Skills : Ability to evaluate and withdraw important / useful information and conclusions from various reports and sales data (i.
e. forecasts, sales history / projections, credit reports, costing calculations, etc.)
Interpersonal skills : Build and maintain strong strategic work relationships with Distributor partners and internal matrix organization
Language : English required (oral and written proficiency), other languages a plus COMPETENCIES
