Entreprise : RichemontDescription du poste : International University Engagement Project ManagerWe would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our International HR Department, based in Geneva, as International University Engagement Project Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving end to end management of key strategic projects related to university engagements as well as collaborating with the talent acquisition team on several initiatives.

In addition, you will coordinate the HR Diagnostic audits for our global markets and entities and support the regions to leverage the results and prepare their long- and short-term action plans.

You will also collaborate with the Rewards team to align the Equal Pay and HR diagnostic to consolidate an HR DEI dashboard.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?* Ensure all strategic projects related to University Partnerships are managed & delivered in an impactful timely way in collaboration with other teams* Drive & animate the Gen Z observatory (under the Turning Points Research Chair) both with internal and student content curators and create the community* Coordinate the global rollout of the DEI HR diagnostic and support action plansHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • 5 years preferably in an international environment with project management experience* Strong experience in project management, managing different scale projects with multiple stakeholders* Demonstrate passion for DEI and an understanding of the complexities of the topic* Proven skills on written and oral communication* Ability to plan, set priority and manage several complex activities - often in multiple regions - simultaneously in a deadline-driven and multiple-stakeholder environment* Ability to drive execution of objectives despite setbacks;
