DescriptionPosition at LogitechMarketing, Lausanne, SwitzerlandThe Role : The Product Manager is responsible for supporting the Logitech Creativity & Productivity software and device teams in identifying, defining, launching, and maintaining apps, features, and cross-product experiences that enable new and groundbreaking interaction for our overall range of input and navigation, presentation and streaming accessories.

In this role you will : - Work closely with other Product Managers and the UX team to define the future experiences we’ll deliver- Understand best-in-class and innovative solutions currently on the market and drive improvements internally- Suggest and drive product and experience enhancements to improve our devices and applications- Prioritize the implementation of new projects, features as well as set and drive specific timelines- Act as Product Owner for select Logitech software projects- Collaborate and drive the Engineering and Quality Assurance teams to deliver the best experience to our customers- Monitor and report on users’ reactions after launching products and features- Create support and training documents for internal and external users- Develop and maintain relationships with 3rd party development and integration partners- Support the product and portfolio teams on other day-to-day activitiesKey Qualifications : For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team : - Lives and breathes technology - knows about all the latest consumer tech trends- Has knowledge of best in class experiences and technologies, especially related to Logitech's portfolio of products- Proven experience in agile software development methodologies (eg.

Scrum) as a product owner- Strong interest in studying and creating products- Ability to navigate ambiguity and provide pragmatic solutions- Ability to work and lead cross-functional teams- Self-starter with high-degree of self-motivation- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation)- Excellent creative and problem-solving skillsIn addition, preferable skills and behaviors include : - 5 years of experience in product management or similar role- Experience in B2C hardware, software, and / or services industry a plus- Experience in product management / marketing and / or UX design experience a plus- Knowledge of project management tools, such as Jira, a plusEducation : - Bachelor's degree in Engineering and / or Design- MBA a plus Logitech is the sweet spot for people who are passionate about products, making a mark, and having fun doing it.
