Global Product Manager (Health & Home) - GCO
NASDAQ : HELE) is a global designer, developer, and worldwide marketer of consumer brand-name health & home, housewares, and beauty products.
Houseware with the ® family of brands or ®; and Beauty with ® or Revlon® for example.
The Global Product Manager will be part of the multi-functional Global Category Organization (GCO), which is responsible for spearheading innovations that fuel growth for the Helen of Troy Health & Home division on a global basis.
It is an impartial organization that provides a disciplined, global approach to the consideration of all new product and technology possibilities to drive the New Product Development Process for the division.
The Global Product Manager - GCO will manage innovation and new product development on a global basis for the Braun & Vicks brand within the thermometer category, as well as for additional healthcare categories .
S / He will plan, organize, direct, and provide leadership cross-functionally to achieve long-range business development objectives.
The Global Product Manager GCO may be asked to engage in special projects from time to time. This position reports into the Global Associate Marketing Director GCO, based in Lausanne, Switzerland.
S / he will work closely in conjunction with global Program Management, Industrial Design, Regulatory and R&D functions and local Regional Marketing Organizations.
This will involve working closely with R&D, Program Management, Industrial Design, Finance and the individual Regional Marketing Organizations to understand an opportunity’s strategic relevance, financial attractiveness and technical feasibility.
