Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an HR Leader Strategic Projects within our Stragetig Partnerships Group Switzerland.

This role is located in Zug.

This role is responsible for providing HR Leadership in support of local business goals and enterprise HR strategies within the EMEA HR Strategic Partnership Group.

The HR Leader actively supports business leaders through organizational design, change management, business partnering and internal consulting.

The position will play a role defining employment models and related HR approaches to drive engagement, business innovation and productivity.

This will require innovative and strategic thinking and the initiative to advocate for and try new approaches.


  • Partner closely with regional Strategic Partnership Group and Swiss HR Leadership Team to prioritize and execute work needed for the respective geography : Internal OneHR implementation : working across the geography to implement solutions that apply to all J&J sectors & functions;
  • driving local implementation of actions / needs to drive seamless experience Agile business support : Fluctuating work as needed by key projects / efforts in the sectors / functions (example : supporting a change initiative within a sector by expert consulting on org design);
  • providing strategic capabilities for regional and global initiatives Local expertise : implementing actions as required due to unique needs of the country / cluster (example : country’s government changes a policy which requires action)

  • Supporting and sometimes leading projects and deliverables as determined by HR Leadership (including merger, acquisition, and divestiture activities)
  • Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a degree in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), Organizational Psychology or Human Resources Management A minimum of 6 years of professional experience is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of progressive HR experience is preferred
