About your role

W hotels redefine the concept of a destination SPA, offering a place where the mood is set to decompress and treatments are always a treat.

The only AWAY® Spa in partnership with La Prairie in Switzerland is included 9 treatment rooms, a nails bar, a hammam, jacuzzi and steam rooms + FIT® Fitness Center 24 / 7 that has everything you need to stay in shape, and last but not least our glamorous indoor / outdoor-heated WET® Pool.

As a Spa Manager you will take full responsibility for the operational and financial control of AWAY Spa ensuring complete viability the spa.

To ensure that the highest standards are adhered to, and that guest experience exceeds expectation. To support the Executive Assistant Manager and establish and maintain marketing objectives, operating criteria, programming, budgeting, VIP guests, staff relations and training.


  • To achieve agreed commercial targets at AWAY Spa through the planned coordinated development of the facility and the implementation of the treatment and activity program.
  • Develop concept-planning, menu of services, retailing, merchandising, marketing and product development at AWAY Spa.
  • To analyze monthly financial and statistical reports and propose recommendations regarding policy and operation at AWAY Spa;
  • taking into account competition, occupancy and usage, market share and achievement of targets.

  • To establish and ensure a cost effective wage structure based on productivity and efficiency.
  • To liaise with the Hotel Sales and Marketing Manager in the preparation and development of marketing plans for the year and co-ordination of all promotional plans and projects for the facility.
  • To effectively integrate the Spa within the Hotel Marketing Strategy and to ensure ongoing representation of AWAY Spa, both internally and externally.

    To ensure that the members are kept informed of all the activities and development at AWAY Spa, both in the form of internal and external advertising and the publication of a regular newsletter.

  • To ensure that the Health and Safety Policy and Procedures are implemented and monitored in particular with relation to cleanliness and hygiene.
  • To maintain and update equipment, product, service and standards as required.

  • To deal with problems, enquiries and complaints from Spa clientele. To interact professionally with guests, members, and members of staff
  • To be responsible for instigating progressive, professional and well organized training and assessment of Talent and to conduct performance appraisals as required.
  • Oversee weekly schedules, attendance sheets, sick leave and holiday arrangements.

    At least 3 years working experience in the same position in a luxurious SPA

    Hotel Luxury Experience

    Fluent in French and English

    Passion for Fashion Music Design and Fuel

    Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.
