The purpose of the role is to act as a Quality Analyst for the German language, working for one of the best-loved IT companies in the world.
You will be part of a rapidly growing multilingual team, focused on providing optimization consultancy to our client s Account managers.
Your role is to make sure all solutions are adequate and in line with the highest standards. You will receive extensive training to develop your skills to succeed in an environment that is professional, modern, fast paced and driven by excellence.
Responsibilities : Continuously follow up on resolved cases to identify improvement and training opportunities;Actively review decision accuracy to ensure consistency and alignment with internal standards and policies;
Manages investigations of escalations of inaccurate decisions to understand the root cause;Develops process documentation and aggregates feedback about the functionality of the processes and tools;
Native in German and Fluency in English;Minimum 1 year of experience within an audit or quality environment performing quality control and quality analysis;
Experience / Training in Digital Marketing;Strong functional experience with Microsoft Excel (PivotTable, charts, statistical functions);
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint;Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation and interpersonal skills, Analytical with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and the ability to exercise mature judgment and structured decision-making;
Strong attention to detail coupled with a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard;
