We are looking for a Client Solution Analyst who is excited about being on the front line of the AI and big data revolution in the field of cybersecurity and data privacy.
He / she will be responsible for supporting various commercial, operational and strategic planning activities across various functions such as : (1) Marketing and Communications(2) Sales & Business Development(3) Business Strategy(4) Project Delivery & Execution(5) Research and Knowledge ManagementAs a key member of a small but dynamic team, you must be a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills, an eye for detail and an excitement for solving unfamiliar challenges.
As you will be working with multiple internal and external stakeholders (clients, partners and technology teams), you must have strong inter-personal, organizational and critical thinking skills.
Responsabilities and Duties : - Support Executive team by fact-finding & presenting necessary information to facilitate decision-making· Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, presentation decks, white papers etc.
Contribute to active monitoring of market trends & competitors· Support sales activities & help keep track of commercial activity in Dathena’s CRM system· Support business research efforts to identify & evaluate new markets and opportunities· Structure & perform analyses and primary research that address relevant business issues and generate actionable insights about relevant markets, industries, prospects and clients· Assist with financial analysis and financial modellingRequirementsMust have : - Proven work experience as a business analyst or similar role for a minimum of 12 months - Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills - Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills - Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills - Ability to work strategically across departments - Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective interaction with all levels of staff - Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done - Fluency in English - Proficiency in MS OfficeGood to have : - Experience working with B2B high-tech sales and / or technology deployment - Keen interest in Cybersecurity, AI and Data Privacy - Experience working in a startup environment
