Roles & Responsibilities :
Support and assist the Brand Team in delivering all KPI’s in line with the Brand Strategy within the responsible areas of Segments or Sub-Brands for Brand Triumph across Europe
Build up Target Consumer knowledge, Market insights, Assortment planning skills, cross-functional teamwork
Ensure Triumph brand is positioned as a pioneer within product innovation driving adoption and commonality consensus across channels and countries, and that across Europe there is an aligned approach on how the brand is developed and executed
Update assortment KPI measurements and tracking tools according to annual schedule under BAM direction
Support in delivering guidelines to the Triumph European Strategic Assortment Vision across channels which continuously provide opportunities and sources of growth , and deliver against the Corporate and Business Unit KPI’s and Targets
Learn and develop a world class Brand Merchandising Assortment performance which effectively stimulates the wider organisation to follow a Brand Led Culture
Develop knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of financial management, KPI settings and building profit and revenue
Support, monitor and maintain European competitor analysis gaining knowledge of the distribution strategies to support critical insights from the market
Contribute to the Test and Learn’ approach across omnichannel
Develop merchandising assortment skills, trained by the responsible BAM, for a best-in-class performance, and cross-functional collaboration
Develops understanding around the Service Leader Corporate proposition : efficient processes, reduced time to market and unparalleled shopping experience across channels
Your ideal profile :
Degree in Business or Economics
At least 1-year experience in Brand Merchandising, or similar functions, Retail or Wholesale / Retail planning, Merchandising / Buying gained in consumer goods industry
Retail planning experience
Affinity to work with Fashion and / or Beauty and / or female products
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel
Fluent English skills, German skills - advantage
Natural attitude for consumer and competitor understanding
Flexible, creative, enthusiastic and willing to learn
Proactive, practical and hands-on approach
Ability to inspire via strong presentation & communication, and interpersonal skills
