We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our Commercial Department as Senior Project Manager Continuous improvement .

In this role, you will prepare and manage continuous improvement implementation for Cartier Retail. Continuous improvement is part of boutique flows program which aims to improve client satisfaction, encourage the emergence of new client experiences and increase the efficiency and free up staff time to better serve the client.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Manage Continuous improvement pilot in France & China

  • Drive the market to test and learn continuous improvement governance
  • Organize Cartier international governance for retail
  • Manage the temporary digital communication platform
  • Define and monitor key indicators
  • Ensure continuous improvement deployment

  • Design training for continuous improvement representatives who will be appointed in markets & boutiques
  • Define and create a new governance with Richemont and other Cartier key departments stakeholders to get support to speed up solution design and delivery to the markets
  • Identify local needs and specificities to support regions and market in their roll out
  • Design a new digital communication platform

  • Define the user experience for an integrated digital platform to support a worldwide deployment
  • Work with agencies, manufacture team and Cartier digital team to design this new platform
  • Ensure a full integration of this new platform among Retail Os ecosystem
  • Active contributor to the entire scope of Retail experience department

  • Work transversally on various topics relative to the Experience design
  • Participate actively in the creation of the library of solution
  • HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You have 8-10 years' experience in Industry or FMCG sectors
  • You possess a client centered mindset
  • You have project management skills and an experience in digital tool design would be a plus
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to lead transversal project
  • An experience in continuous improvement or process optimization is strongly recommended
  • You possess strong ability to work transversally with different markets, entities across retail and beyond
  • An academic degree in Engineering is recommended
  • You speak English fluently
