We are transforming HR for the people, the business, the function Nestlé, Dubai, United Arab Emiratesor Virtual location (within the Middle East and Africa region Nestlé offices) Undefined period of time, 100% In the context of our HR Transformation, we are strengthening our Talent function and are creating regional Centers of Competence (CoC) which will deliver a high quality Talent portfolio of services to Markets, from Talent acquisition, Talent planning, Leadership and team development, to Learning and capability building.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for the CoC for Middle East and Africa based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Reporting to the regional Integrated Talent Management Manager within the Integrated Talent Management organization, you will identify and engage with the best talent for Nestlé.

You will take ownership for attracting top talents to our talent pools and build and maintain the talent pipelines, working closely and effectively with Nestlé Regional Recruiters and Recruitment Marketing Managers, and collaborate globally across the Talent Sourcing expert’s network.

You will be the trusted advisor to Nestlé in the Market (NiM) Recruiters, HR Business Partners and hiring managers, and within the aligned function(s) and / or business(es).

A day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Sourcer

  • Relationship management is at the heart of this role. Meeting with stakeholders to discuss their business needs, being able to update them on pipelines and advising them on how best to secure their talent is something that you’ll do daily
  • As well as speaking to the business, naturally you will spend a lot of your time talking to candidates. Calling talent, building long term relationships with people who you want to keep warm for future needs, and helping to assess things like cultural fit and suitability for the role will be things that are a core part of your working week
  • To succeed in this role, you need to be curious and always have your eyes open. Industry news, relevant groups, and networking across the business will all enable you to be a trusted advisor.
  • By building these talent insights, you are the go to expert for the hiring needs of the hiring managers and recruiters you work with.

    Key responsibilities

  • Build talent pipelines for hard-to-find skills, niche and high demand roles where a focused proactive sourcing strategy is defined
  • Deliver against short term demand and anticipated demand, identifying prospective candidates by researching and engaging with talent, effectively utilizing digital and social media channels
  • Engage talent and convert passive or non-job seekers into active candidates as part of our Global Talent Communities for current or future vacancies
  • Tailor the approach to prospective candidates to meet the needs of each specific position by adapting key messages and information
  • Partner with above market CoC talent teams to ensure the delivery of key talent solutions and to align talent pipelines internally and externally
  • Capture and share key market intelligence, and provide market insights to business, HR Business Partners, NiM Recruiters, Talent Sourcing Manager and Regional TA Head
  • Education and experience

  • Experience in Sourcing Talent for international companies, preferably in FMCG or recruitment agency
  • Use of recruiting sourcing tools and practices to identify prospective candidates (e.g. Linkedin Recruiter license, Boolean search, Applicant Tracking System -
  • ATS, or CRM data mining, Job board resume / CV databases)

  • Experience of interpreting data to make it usable and relevant
  • Experience of influencing and persuading
  • Experience of pre-screening and assessment
  • Understanding of the region is critical
  • Fluent in English, with French or Arabic being highly advantageous
