Our team is looking for a highly motivated, innovative colleague to join us in developing Solutions that redefine how P&C insurance is distributed in the Middle East & Africa.

Main responsibilities :

Identify, originate and execute business development opportunities that leverage our solutions suite, insurtech and technology partnerships for our reinsurance clients

Own client deals from origination to implementation including governance post close.

Engage with clients on their primary business along the value chain to uncover opportunities and craft differentiated solutions for our clients.

Build and maintain a successful network with alternative distribution partners at key levels (C-suite, Product Development, Digital Transformation, Innovation and Underwriting).

Develop an ecosystem of new non-insurance innovative partners for co-creation opportunities.

Keep abreast of market developments, innovations and opportunities in the MEA region.

About the Team

You will a core member of a diverse and energetic team operating in various locations in Middle East & Africa. You will collaborate closely with all relevant internal functions such as client managers, underwriters and innovation specialists that are passionate about our market and exceeding client expectations.

About You

You have a minimum of 8 years in the Insurtech sector with expertise in product development, distribution and business development strategy.

You maintain a good network within the technology and venture capital space and bring valuable distribution partner insights and can translate these into opportunities for Client Solutions.

You have extensive and demonstrable knowledge of evolving consumer behaviour in MEA region and are able to identify emerging product needs.

You have deep experience in sophisticated sales processes and are comfortable presenting to C-Suite and Public Sector officials.

You have experience leading innovation projects, product development, tariff design, go-to-market strategies, consulting, etc.

You have strong lateral thinking ability and can successfully develop and sell your unique ideas to varied audiences.

Your English is excellent and proficiency in Arabic and / or French would be a plus.
