We are looking for a collaborative and inspiring individual to join our team. As a Business Process and Application Alignment Manager - ICFR & DoA for ICFR and DoA you will be part of the ASPIRE Program at Roche.
In this role, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of solutions to enable ICFR and Delegation of Authorities (DoA) processes within Roche.
Your key responsibilities : Supporting the development of concepts and processes, for designing the workflow and technical solutions based on predefined requirements in the area of DoA / Financial ApprovalsWorking in a cross-functional team, leading the design of cross-divisional and cross-functional solutions for DoA in all processes in scope, including Direct and Indirect Procurement, Accounts Payables, Travel and ExpensesManaging the development of the ICFR Framework within the ASPIRE Program by performing process risk assessments, designing financial control requirements and liaising with relevant stakeholders in the ASPIRE Program as well as in the Global Business Process Management and Group Audit & Risk AdvisoryDefining future state business process map, structures and data model for a global SAP ERP template in the Finance stream together with the respective GBPO including current state business process & ERP as well as change impact and readiness assessmentEnsuring end-to-end view from transaction to reporting and working closely with the GBPOs, Finance and IT in order to provide end-to-end (E2E) business process design solutions and align cross-divisional.
Embracing our higher standard where Financial Compliance questions are concerned and working closely with the GBPO Financial Compliance.
May support template and project audits and will provide solutions as part of the solution design to ensure complianceAct as Project Leader and manage the implementation of Financial Compliance processes to all Roche sites in scope.
Designing technical solutions to the ICFR Framework including the GRC Process Control in close collaboration with ITProviding guidance to the ASPIRE Program in regards to DoA and ICFR mattersWho you are : You have successfully completed your university degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related fieldYou have at least 5-7 years of experience in external, internal audit or internal controls / financial compliance areasYou can easily demonstrate your strong project management, communication and interpersonal skills, especially with regard to matrix structures and balancing the interests of various stakeholdersYou have good knowledge of SAP in Finance / Controlling and Procurement and experience with S / 4HANA are a plusBusiness fluency in English is a mustRoche is an equal opportunity employer.
