This position includes the leading of the facility management (technical, infrastructural and commercial) for our diverse real estate portfolio.

You would also be responsible for the strategic and operational development of our FM services. A strong focus on leadership and steering is a must.

  • Responsibility for strategic facility management incl. budget
  • Development and implementing provider strategies to ensure quality and efficiency on all properties
  • Provider control in commercial, infrastructural and technical building management to ensure quality and budget compliance
  • Responsibility for maintenance and renewal of Lufthansa Group facilities
  • Ensuring management of all lettings and rentals as well as associated contracts
  • Leading of various projects in regards to organizational development, digitalization, sustainability, workplace concepts etc.
  • Contributing to real estate portfolio strategy in line with business strategy and in cooperation with business units
  • Leading the FM-team of up to 7 colleagues based in Zurich and Basel
  • Take close track on budget

  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Facility and / or Real Estate Management
  • 5+ years of professional experience in facility management or related
  • Experience in the running of complex or challenging projects
  • Strong experience in provider management and lager FM mandates
  • Familiarity with building codes, accessibility regulations and other relevant constraints in the field of real estate.
  • Great social and communication skills
  • Favor a hands-on approach
  • Very good spoken and written German and English skills, French knowledge is of advantage
