About You

Your main missions are as follows :

  • Ensure that various data across multiple systems / sources are aligned and of very high quality
  • Ensure timely availability of Artworks and specifications, in order to avoid stock outs and prepare timely submission
  • Ensure professional and pro-active flow of information
  • Monitor, process and control artwork changes
  • Communicates clearly and accurately, both orally and in writing
  • Provide support to artwork and packaging related requests
  • Coordinate artwork implementation according to Production planning
  • Support and recommendations to stakeholders on artwork and packaging-related issues
  • Coordinate all change request orders to printed packaging materials throughout the entire artwork change management process within OM Pharma, including the development of new, and changes to existing printed packaging materials of OM Pharma Products worldwide.
  • Lead and / or support artwork product development for launch projects and lifecycle management of printed packaging materials
  • Maintain and create specifications (packaging specification, Change Control, PD Workflow)
  • Support process improvement initiatives to reduce lead time of implementation of new and updated artworks (automation, system implementation projects)
  • Participate and contribute to the departmental and cross-functional projects and meetings
  • Maintain and update supply & coordination lists to assure in due time implementation of changes and compliant destruction of material
  • Identify and act on external labelling-related changes resulting from evolving regulatory requirements
  • Manage ERP item codes database according to needs (requests follow-up- creation, change, inactivation - for X3).
  • Your Profile :

  • Some experience (1-3 years) working in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in regulatory labelling affairs or related fields (e.
  • g. supply chain, packaging and labelling).

  • Excellent command of French and English both spoken and written.
  • Expertise in the use of basic IT (MS Office) systems & tools.
  • Basic knowledge of labelling and packaging related processes
  • Experience in pharmaceutical packaging implementation
  • Additional language skills are an advantage
  • ERP System and ARTIS Knowledge
