For one of our International client based in Lausanne we are looking for a :

Unified Communication (UC) Systems Engineer / Technical Consultant



DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION:
  • Technical deployment (Build) of Unified Communications and IP Communication
Solutions according to Project Management Methodology:
- Contribute to the definition of the project
- Participate to build the system
- Collaborate to the deployment of the solutions
  • Advise customers on technological decisions;
  • Support (Run):
- Support existing environments
- Periodically on-duty support calls
- Analyze problems and technical incidents
- Work out solutions and needed actions
- Problem simulation in Lab environment
  • Sales Support:
- Technical support in presenting Unified Communications solutions to customers;
- Engaged in Bid and Pre-Sales activities to support
- Proof of Concept development
- Provide technical designs
- Customer presentations.


PROFIL ATTENDU:
Technical Skills:
Expert in Cisco Voice/Video Conferencing portfolio (CCIE, min. CCNP) with the following skills:

Unified Communication:
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager
- Cisco Expressway
- Cisco Jabber
- Cisco Cube Configuration (SIP TLS, SRTP, experience with Direct Routing)
- Endpoints
Contact Center:
- Cisco Unified Contact Center Express
- Cisco Finesse

Conferencing and Collaboration:
- Cisco Webex
- Cisco CMS
- Telepresence solutions including Endpoints

Profile:
- IT degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in a relevant field
- CCNA Level in Routing & Switching
- CCNP Level in Collaboration

- Possess sound knowledge of architecture domains, of complex system design, development and implementation as well as the latest industry trends and innovations
- Demonstrate an understanding of network security and IT policies, procedures and governance
- Demonstrate project management skills and proactive management
- Strong team player
- Customer orientated behaviour
- Display attention to detail and is results & learning oriented
- Demonstrate problem analysis and solution formulation skills
- Display good verbal and written communication ability
- Possess good planning and time management ability
- Demonstrate the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders
- Work proficiency in English and French, another language is a strong plus.
