Our client is a leading worldwide company specialized in consumer goods and based in Geneva. They are currently looking for a senior customer service representative to join their team.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in customer service and will be able to work with SAP / R3 on a daily basis and communicate with customers and distributors in English and in French.
Customer service representative bilingual English and French
6 months temporary mission - immediate start
Handle calls or emails as assigned by management, ensuring individual targets are met on a daily basis
Enter appropriate and correct data in respective data systems (SAP / R3)
Ensure goods delivery
Work towards SLA's as set by management
Ensure all communication with customers and distributors is of a professional standard and meets the expectations set out by the business
Carry out all other tasks as assigned by the management team
Strive for a first time resolution to all enquiries via call and emails
Support CRM, quality and incident management together with other administrative tasks.
Bachelor degree, BTS or equivalent
English and French fluent (oral & written)
At least 5 years relevant experience in a customer service in consumer goods
Experience with luxury goods
Strong command of Excel and key user with SAP / R3
Available for an immediate start
Swiss citizen or eligible to work in Switzerland (C, B, G permit)
