  • An exciting, challenging and dynamic role as part of the Credit Suisse Chief Operating Officer Corporate Function's Strategic Execution & Change team focused on transformational change for the Bank's Group Business Support Services (GBSS)
  • The main focus will be on overseeing the entire portfolio of change initiatives for Global General Services (GGS) in GBSS along the entire service catalogue of this function, such as Records Management, Travel Management, Print, Language & Translation and others
  • In the role as a Change Program Manager you will work closely with the respective department head and direct reports to identify key business issues, gather and understand data to resolve areas of opportunity, and develop solutions to further optimize service delivery to the bank

  • making and alignment across dynamic partners and constituents

  • Oversight and guidance of respective Project Managers and collaboration with / support of Project Portfolio Management team
  • Lead strategic change projects in GGS from inception through to successful conclusion, including regular project status reporting, risk and issue reporting, senior leadership escalation, financial management and benefits tracking
  • Serve as an advocate of the overall GBSS strategy and change agenda, including promoting the methodologies, standards and tools to deliver effective transformation across the organization
  • Open to discussing flexible / agile working
  • University degree
  • 7-10 years’ experience as Project / Program / Change Manager preferably in the financial industry
  • Experience in utilizing leading Project Management methods and tools (including common Microsoft products)
  • Technical background / understanding of GGS services / IT Project Management environment as a plus
  • Sound track record in delivering large projects / programs in complex organizations
  • Excellent skills in developing and presenting materials to senior executives; capability to influence key partners
  • Client orientation and ability to translate business needs into improving services
  • Ambitious, organized and can-do attitude
  • Strong communication skills in English, German as an asset
