  • You a broad role to define and drive our strategy for source channel optimization across Experienced and Campus Recruitment Switzerland.
  • Your work will centre around three key pillars : marketing to candidates both internal and external, building our brand with target audiences (diverse talent, internal CS talent and Campus) and ensuring our multi-

    channel approach delivers talents across Experienced and Campus Recruitment. In addition, you have the opportunity to provide leadership to a team of 5 experts

  • The responsibility for identifying, implementing and optimizing key marketing channels to attract internal, diverse experienced and campus talents.
  • This includes social media, job boards and diversity sourcing platforms

  • The responsibility for driving and implementing Internal Mobility & Diversity Recruitment strategic initiatives, campaigns and pipeline programs
  • The chance to create concepts around strategic focus points of Campus Relations, such as virtual recruitment
  • The opportunity to work on branding and marketing topics for Experienced and Campus Recruitment
  • A role to align recruitment channels to the hiring goals of our different business areas and drive usage of tools amongst the recruitment team that enhance our sourcing capabilities
  • The responsibility for developing and reporting measures on the return on investment of our sourcing channels : regularly review and analyze effectiveness of initiatives and partnerships and lead benchmarking exercises reviewing market positioning and identifying strategic opportunities
  • The chance to conceptualize and lead initiatives and campaigns to support business recruitment objectives
  • Partnering with Recruiters in building targeted advertising and marketing campaigns to support strategic hiring goals
  • The responsibility for maximizing the use of existing channels and tools, whilst recommending and implementing enhancements to current approach, and piloting and / or building business cases for potential new channels
  • Collaboration with various internal partners (i.e. Recruiters, Systems & Reporting team, Communications and Marketing and Branding team) to drive an integrated approach in promoting channel management initiatives
  • The chance to maintain key partnerships with external stakeholders (universities, career service centers) and business engagement

  • You Offer

  • A master’s or bachelor’s degree (University or University of Applied Sciences)
  • Team leadership experience, ability to inspire your colleagues
  • Personal integrity, initiative, leadership qualities and the ability to work as part of a team in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
  • Work experience in project management, from conception to realization
  • Experience in HR or in a business support function (e.g. responsibility for people development programs)
  • Consistent track record in planning and organizing events incl. developing new and unique event formats
  • Ability to communicate with all levels in the organization as well as to present in front of an audience
  • A dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic and proactive personality and can-do attitude who loves to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignment
  • Affinity to work in an international set up
  • Fluency in German and English. French would be an asset
