Bid Manager (f / m) 80-100% (fixed-term contract 8 month) Lausanne-Prilly Duties and responsibilities :
Works closely with the management, sales, presales carrier, solution design, delivery engineering, legal, finance and customer project managers from opportunity qualification (bid / no-bid) to offer development and contract negotiations the customer
Introduces standardizations (processes, templates, etc.), KPI reports and automations, respectively accompanies them
Prepare bid / no-bid decision along with the sale
Defines the work packages and virtual account team (VAT) employees to answer the request for proposal (RFP)
Leads and coordinates the response to complex RFPs (kick-off meeting, milestones, periodic review of progress, etc.)
Supports the VAT when creating and processing the offer presentation
Supports the sale when creating the customer contract
Passes the bid project completely to the implementation team after conclusion of the contract
Participates in the strategic account planning meetings
Meets regularly with his peers of sales, pre-sales career, solution design, CPM, delivery engineering, NE, Huawei, to discuss Forecasting, Pipeline, Reviews
Introduces a bid cockpit that allows for forecasting, resource planning, bid prioritization
Business education, certification in project management and basic technical training
Several years of experience in project- and bid management ideally in a telecommunication environment
French as first language, fluent in English, German is a plus
Very good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent organisation skills and detail orientation
Able to handle complex situations under pressure and experience in the carrier and integration environment
High customer orientation, self-employed, initiative team player and very resilient
