Your new position
This position will work under the direction of the VP, Global Strategic Accounts to assist in building partnerships with Non-
Government Organizations (NGOs) that will result in growth of win / win agreements between NGOs and Bio-Rad, resulting in provision of strong solutions for NGOs and increased revenue and margin for Bio-
Rad. Responsibilities will include : understanding the customers’ organizational needs, identification and thorough analysis of business opportunities, ability to drive these opportunities through a sales funnel to closure, development and execution of contracts and the general oversight of current business and customer support activities.
This individual will develop our strategic approach business plans, pricing and contracting decisions within the NGO market, while adhering to Bio-
Rad’s company approval process. This individual will demonstrate strong leadership skills to be able to effectively navigate in a matrix environment and influence functional resources to best meet the needs of NGO customers.
Lastly, this individual will be responsible for the development and coordination of communication and implementation plans within the NGO market within the Americas, EMEA and Asia regions.
This individual will operate on the front lines of aligning Bio-Rad products to the needs of NGOs to address public health crises.
Further, this individual will funnel back relevant information from NGOs and Governments on trends that may influence product development.
including, but not limited to : HIV / AIDS, Malaria, Tuberculosis, Ebola, and Leishmaniasis.
Be a liaison between NGOs and Bio-Rad’s internal resources to provide Bio-Rad with better understanding of the needs of NGOs and help establish wide and deep customer relationships within key NGOs.
Lead and coordinate complete and timely responses for Bio-Rad to tenders and RFPs for NGOs meeting all legal, regulatory and financial requirements.
