As eCommerce Marketplaces Project Manager, you will belong to the business team and manage the implementation of alternative & innovative sale channels, in coordination with the Key Account and Business Development, and with the support of Nestlé IT teams and external agencies.
You will manage eCommerce projects, including planning, budget and scope according to objectives defined by the organization.
Your role will include a strong collaboration with transversal teams organization, at Market and Global levels. You will also be responsible to monitor business performance of existing marketplaces and identify optimizations to grow the business.
Your goal will be to provide the best E2E user experience to convert visitors into satisfied customers.
A Day in the Life of an eCommerce Marketplaces Project Manager
Monitor sales performances through all standard eCommerce KPIs
Monitor digital KPIs with a strong focus on Customer Journey & Behaviors
Coordinate day-to-day online acquisition tactics according to plan (SEM, online advertising, affiliation / distribution, emailing, social media)
Manage projects according to budget, planning and quality requirements
Ensure brand consistency of digital experiences delivered on website (brand + e-commerce)
Ensure a seamless experience and optimized purchasing path from call-to-actions to landing pages
Coordinate the integration of all product and digital campaigns into the content management system (copy, visuals, banners.
for both global and local campaigns
Train eCommerce team members to manage marketplaces operations
What will make you successful
Business Management or Digital Marketing University degree
3 to 5 years’ experience in Digital / eCommerce / Marketplaces with a focus on UX / CX
Ability to understand both business & technical domains, and manage both stakeholders’ groups
Good experience in eCommerce platforms management (including mobile) and in web project management
Experience in marketplaces and shop-in-shop solutions would be a plus, as Magento™
Knowledge of on-line sales management, online traffic generation and acquisition strategies
French or German (at least one fluent level), Good business level in English, Swiss German is a plus
