What You Will Do
JOINERS, MOVERS, LEAVERS.
You will provide professional IT on-boarding experience for new joiners across all teams
You will be responsible for on-boarding new starters , moving accounts of employees changing departments, and closing accounts of leaving colleagues via automation or manual processes
You will also manage inventory for hardware, software, and licences procurement applicable to JML and IT asset purposes
You will cover the provisioning and de-provisioning of user identities for our IT systems
You will be reviewing and evolving access privileges of employees and contractors throughout their tenure (from day one through separation)
You will manage IAM tools that we use to control who is authenticated (signed in) and authorised (has permissions) to use our resources
How We Work
This role will report into the Director of IT Services with close collaborations with the People Operations team and the Head of Information Security
You will have the opportunity to shape the JML and IAM activities in the IT team and make sure the processes on the IT side remain aligned with the People / HR processes
Liaise with the People Operation s to coordinate on JML activities
Collaborate with the Head of Information Security on all activities related to Identity and Access Management (IAM)
We strongly encourage you to bring in your ideas and actively help shape the processes and experiences

What We Are Looking For
A degree in IT, business informatics, computer science, information systems , or a related field
Experience in a similar role or had previous exposure to both JML and IAM topics
A hands-on mentality and experience in designing, improving, and documenting JML and IAM processes
Experience in automating processes as automated JML is the cornerstone of good identity access management
H ighly organised, with excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder-facing communication skills (business and technical stakeholders)
