Patient Engagement Platform - Technical Project Manager

Join us as a Patient Engagement Platform - Technical Project Manager.

As our Technical Product Manager, you will be required to manage the contract team on front and back end developers. You will work closely with the scrum master, product owner and design lead to ensure the product developed meets the requirements of the use case and users.

Key Accountabilities

  • Create the product vision and conveys that vision to the scrum team.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders, the development team and Scrum Master to develop, design, build and launch the product
  • Responsible for the product success for creating a product that meets the team goals
  • Leading a technical product team in the area of digital platforms, data mgmt., API, integration, monitoring, operating systems or platforms
  • Acting as an evangelist and promoter of current technological developments, and a strong supporter of their use in product teams
  • Identifying product development potential based on technological developments and ongoing identification of potential product extensions
  • Managing and prioritising product backlogs based on operational KPI targets for the product team
  • Taking responsibility for delivering products in accordance with their targets
  • Monitoring relevant product KPIs, and initiating and managing promotional activities based on development
  • Identifying synergies and addressing interdependencies with other product teams
  • Involving all relevant stakeholders in decision-making processes
  • Key skills required

  • Degree in Computer Science / Business Informatics or other relevant graduate degree required
  • Experience in leading an agile team
  • Experience in managing a product in the digital platform, data mgmt., API, integration, monitoring or OS areas over the entire lifecycle in a multi-team environment and multi-channel context
  • Deep understanding of current technology topics (e.g., cloud products and platforms, micro-service architectures, automation, and API integration)
  • Experience conveying current technology trends (e.g., AI and grid computing); excellent feel for exceptional user experiences and design
  • Experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager with software products
  • Strong knowledge of software development life-cycle and experience in Agile methodologies
  • Strong communication skills with ability to articulate and optimise design based on the value to the user and the business, lead idea sessions and workshops
