  • Identify talent using deep web sourcing in combination with advanced filtering, social media and Boolean search strings as well as chrome extensions, etc.
  • Conduct initial phone / video screening to assess candidate skill levels, interest and cultural fit for both inbound and outbound candidates
  • Identify target companies, user groups, professional associations leading to qualified candidates
  • Create a quality candidate experience and robust Candidate Relationship Managing
  • Developing professional relationships with candidates to identify their goals and ambitions
  • Communicate the steps of the interview process to candidates to set their expectations
  • Build market intelligence including understanding of the talent landscape in targeted locations
  • Positioning the company as an employer of choice and supporting the overall EVP
  • Increase diversity and candidate quality through better candidate segmentation and objectivity
  • Measure channel effectiveness for specific roles and developing actions for improvementDescription du profil : * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a professional business or recruiting role
  • Sector experience in one or more of Digital, Communications, Finance, Global Ops / Supply Chain, HR, Retail, Marketing, Research & Development, Product Design or User Experience
  • Sourcing experience using the following tools :
  • Chrome extensions
  • Diversity sourcing
  • Outreach Competitor matrixing
  • Intelligence gathering
  • Name generation and recruitment research
  • Deep web sourcing using advance filtering and Boolean search strings
  • Mining social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram, Quora, GitHub, etc
  • Advanced sourcing from organizations that are diversity or industry focused
  • Mapping out competitor org charts through Internet and phone research
  • Identifying Alumni of identified universities and colleges
  • One or more of the following certifications are strongly preferred :
  • Certified People Sourcer II
  • Boolean belt
  • Marketing, Social Media, SEO, Digital and Market Intelligence backgrounds also relevant
