Job Description

  • Representing the company as first point of contact
  • Coordinating and managing all the incoming orders and request for the clients located in Switzerland
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders that all requests, claims and returns are being managed and following the set timetables
  • Presenting and explaining the new products to the clients
  • Solving any types of bottlenecks together with national and international teams
  • Supporting internal clients to provide accurate information on order status and anticipated fill dates of back order products
  • Supporting process optimization in relation with different departments to manage a smooth operation
  • Assisting the administrative departments with any upcoming Ad-hoc requests
  • The Successful Applicant

  • Successfully completed Higher Education specialized in Supply Chain or management
  • First-hand experience in an international environment or similar
  • Fluency in German, French and Italian is a requirement, any other languages are an asset
  • Solid experience with Excel, Pivot tables and Vlookup
  • Excellent communication skills on all seniority levels
  • Good understanding of prioritization, multi-tasking and stress resistance
  • Proactive, detail oriented and accurate
